Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g whipped cream
  • 400 ml milk, fresh, 3.5% fat
  • 180 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours 45 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 55 minutes

for the production of different varieties

Whip the cream until stiff. Slowly stir in the milk, sugar, and salt. Transfer the mixture to the ice cream maker for about 45 minutes. Then freeze the ice cream for at least 3 hours. If you need the ice cream harder, for example, to make ice cream cones or popsicles, use 150g of powdered sugar instead of the 180g of granulated sugar. This recipe yields approximately 2 liters of finished ice cream.
