Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 60 g oat flakes, fine
- 300 ml water
- 1 pinch of salt
- some cinnamon
- some sweetener, liquid

Low in calories – only 220 kcal, very filling, yet delicious and prepared in a flash
Boil water with a pinch of salt, the cinnamon, and the oats until the porridge reaches the desired consistency. If you like it sweet, add liquid sweetener to taste. I personally eat my beloved porridge with some raisins (but this increases the calories) or chopped fruit (e.g., apples), which I add to the pot before boiling.
