Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 ml milk, 1.5% fat
- 250 ml water
- 30 g protein powder
- 120 g spelt semolina or durum wheat semolina
- 100 g low-fat quark or skyr
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Heat the milk and water together in a saucepan. Meanwhile, stir in the semolina and protein powder. Bring everything to a boil, stirring constantly, until the semolina porridge reaches the desired consistency. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the quark. Top with granola or frozen mangoes, if desired.
