Munsterland Croissant
The perfect munsterland croissant recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 750 ml. Water
- 350 gr Rock candy
- 65 gr Butter
- 65 gr Lard
- 2 st Eggs
- 1 Packet Vanilla sugar
- 500 gr Flour
- 1 Teaspoon. Cinammon
- 15 gr Anise
- Dissolve the candies in the water, cool. Heat the butter and lard and cool them down a little. Beat eggs with vanilla sugar until frothy. Stir in the flour and sugar water, add the spices, let the dough rest for 2 hours.
- Bake spoon by spoon in the croissant iron. Roll into rolls or croissants while still hot.
