Pasta Dough with Pesto

The perfect pasta dough with pesto recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Flour (double handle)
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Pesto green
  1. Knead a dough from all the ingredients.
  2. Leave to rest in cling film for 15 minutes.
  3. Process the dough in portions with a little flour, use a pasta machine, or roll it out and cut into tagliatelle, for example.
  4. Leave to dry for 6-10 hours or cook and consume immediately (2-4min)
