Pasta Dough with Pesto
The perfect pasta dough with pesto recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Flour (double handle)
- 4 Eggs
- 3 tbsp Pesto green
- Knead a dough from all the ingredients.
- Leave to rest in cling film for 15 minutes.
- Process the dough in portions with a little flour, use a pasta machine, or roll it out and cut into tagliatelle, for example.
- Leave to dry for 6-10 hours or cook and consume immediately (2-4min)
