Basil Buttermilk Shake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 10 leaves of fresh basil
  • 100 g natural yogurt
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 200 ml buttermilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp, heaped honey, liquid
  • 1 shot of mineral water, medium

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

very refreshing

Wash the basil leaves and pat them dry, chop them slightly, and blend them together with all the other ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
