Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bunch of basil
- 30 g pine nuts, roasted
- 30 g Parmesan
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Either puree all ingredients or grind them finely in a mortar and pestle. Add olive oil. This recipe yields approximately 120 g of pesto (enough for approximately 20 crostini or 500 g of pasta).
