Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g pasta (butterfly pasta)
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 2 carrots
- 150 g peas, frozen
- 2 cucumber(s) , (pickles)
- 50g salami
- 50 g ham
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 pack of Italian herbs
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- e.g. chili powder
- e.g. curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
a slightly different pasta salad
Cook the pasta, drain, and place it in a bowl. Finely dice the cucumber, gherkin, salami, and ham and add them to the pasta. Peel and grate the carrots, thaw the peas, and add both to the bowl. For the salad dressing, mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, herbs, ketchup, sugar, and salt (and chili and curry if desired). Pour over the salad and season to taste.
