- 750 g potatoes, peeled, diced
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 chili peppers, green, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp coriander greens, chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

Oriental fried potatoes
Fry the potatoes in olive oil over medium heat for 25 minutes until golden brown. Five minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the garlic clove and stir in the chopped chilies. Season with salt and pepper, stir in the lemon juice, and sprinkle with the coriander leaves.
