Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp beer
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 6 tbsp water
  • 2 egg whites, beaten stiffly
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for everything that can be wrapped…

Mix all ingredients well, then fold in the egg whites. Then dip in your desired vegetable strips, meat, or fruit, scoop them out with a fork, and fry them in hot oil. Delicious as a side dish or as a dessert!
