Bavarian Beef Salad

- 400 g Cooked beef
- 1 Red and
- 1 Yellow pepper
- 1 Apple, a few drops of lemon juice
- 1 Diced onion
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 6 tbsp Oil,
- 1 tbsp Table horseradish
- 1 Garlic cloves chopped
- Salt, pepper, mixed herbs
- After cooling, cut the beef into strips and place in a bowl.
- Clean and wash the peppers, cut them into strips and then into cubes. Peel, core and also dice the apple and drizzle with the lemon juice. Dice the onions and add to the meat bowl with the bell pepper and apple. Mix everything together well.
- Beat the vinegar with the oil, stir in the horseradish with the garlic, salt, pepper and add the chopped, mixed herbs. Cover the dressing and let it steep.
