Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tsp caraway seeds
  • 2 tsp peppercorns, black
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 3 tsp, heaped marjoram, dried
  • 2 tsp, heaped thyme, dried
  • 1 tsp coriander, whole
  • 2 tsp paprika powder, hot
  • 1 tsp, heaped lovage, dried
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp allspice berries
  • 1 carnation(s)
  • 1 tsp rosemary, dried
  • 1 nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 25 g salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Powder for rubbing in

Grind all ingredients in an electric grinder (pulverize). The spice will keep for several weeks in an aroma-preserving container.
