Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 m.-large carrot(s)
  • 300 g meat sausage
  • 3 onions
  • 1 gherkin(s)
  • 1 large apple
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch of chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the carrots and boil them in a little water for 8 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the sausage into 2 cm long strips, peel the onions and slice them into rings, and cut the gherkin into sticks. Peel and quarter the apple, removing the core. Cut the apple quarters into pieces and place them in a salad bowl with the prepared ingredients. Mix the vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper to make a salad dressing and pour over the salad. Roughly dice the cooked carrots and mix them with the other ingredients into the apple pieces. Finely chop the chives and sprinkle them over the salad before serving.
