Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g spleen(s)
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 40 g butter
- 40 g flour
- 1 liter meat broth
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- Pepper, ground
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mince the spleen and sauté it in butter with the finely chopped onion. Dust with flour. Fry until light brown and slowly add the meat broth. Stir thoroughly and simmer for 30 minutes. Season with parsley, pepper, and salt.
