Salmon – Potato – Shrimp Salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, small
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 250 g crabs or shrimps, cooked
  • 1 apple
  • 1 jar Miracle Whip
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Boil the small potatoes unpeeled, let them cool, and halve or quarter them, depending on their size. Cut the apple and cucumber into small pieces. Cut the salmon into smaller pieces, and finely chop the dill. Mix everything with Miracle Whip, stir in the crab or shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and let it sit for a few hours. Enjoy!
