Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potato pancake batter (ready-made batter from the refrigerated section)
  • 500 g leaf spinach, steamed
  • 300 g salmon
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 pinches of fleur de sel
  • some pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

Quantity for the baking tray of the Tefal Optigrill+ XL

Cut the salmon into small cubes. Peel and finely chop the onion. Combine the potato pancake batter with the spinach leaves, onion, fleur de sel, pepper, and eggs. Add the salmon cubes and mix. Pour the finished mixture into the baking dish. Place a spacer (e.g., a wooden spoon) between the baking dish and the upper grill plate. Bake in the Optigrill baking dish on “Manual Setting Orange” for approximately 80 minutes (check the baking progress regularly).
