Bavette with Salmon and Rocket

The perfect bavette with salmon and rocket recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Smoked salmon
  • 250 g Arugula
  • 250 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Toes Fresh garlic
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 400 g Bavette / pasta
  • 250 g Mini buffalo mozzarella
  • Salt, white pepper
  • Olive oil

preparation

  1. Clean and wash the arugula. Wash and quarter the cherry tomatoes. Peel and finely dice the garlic. Cut the salmon into large pieces.

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente.
  2. Sweat the garlic in a pan with plenty of olive oil. Be careful not to let it turn brown, otherwise it will taste bitter. Then add the salmon and fry with it. Shortly afterwards add the tomatoes to the pan and fry them too. Pour in the cream to remove the roasting mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Finally add the rocket and sauté over a low heat.
  3. Pasta with the rocket and salmon sauce and, if you like, serve with mozzarella balls. Good Appetite.
