Ingredients
 

  • 5 Pc. Potatoes
  • 3 Bottles Beer Hell
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 50 g Bacon
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth

Instructions
 

  • Fry the onion and bacon until crispy and then add the peeled, raw potatoes. Then fry and deglaze with the beer.
  • Season with salt and pepper and then add the vegetable stock. Then let it cook until the potatoes are soft.
  • Now puree and refine with butter or cream and season to taste. The soup can be garnished with brown bread croutons and fried bacon.
