Ingredients

  • 1 l Non-Alcoholic beer (
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 4 Egg yolk
  • 6 tbsp Cream

Instructions

  • Put the beer in the saucepan and heat it up (I used alcohol-free Kölsch). Add the sugar and don't forget to stir every now and then.
  • Mix the cream and egg yolk together, then slowly add a few tablespoons of the beer to the egg yolk one after the other, stirring constantly so that it does not freeze. Then slowly add the beer-egg mixture to the soup and stir, stir until it starts to get a little thicker.
  • If it is too thin for you, mix some starch with cold water and stir it into the soup. As an insert you can make protein balls (stiff protein with sugar)
