Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 Camembert(s)
- 1 roll of topping dough
- 2 tsp honey
- 4 slices of crispy bacon
- salt and pepper
- Allspice

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
A great side dish for BBQ
As always, light the grill and place a pizza stone directly over the embers to get it up to temperature. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares measuring approximately 10 x 10 cm. Dice the cheese as well. To fill the bags, place a piece of cheese in the center of the puff pastry and sprinkle with half a spoonful of honey and a pinch of salt, pepper, and allspice. Crumble some of the crispy bacon over everything, then close and tie the tops of the bags. Place the finished bags on the pizza stone for 20-30 minutes at 140°C. Tip: You can use an espresso cup to fill the bags. Lightly press the dough into the cup, then fill with everything and tie it up. This can of course also be done in the oven according to the package instructions.
