easy and fast

Mix the BBQ rub with the ground meat. Cut open the bread rolls and then cover them with about 1 cm of ground meat. It is important that the bread rolls are completely covered with ground meat. Now heat up the smoker or grill. Charcoal is perfectly sufficient here. Then grease the grill grate well. Now grill the meat rolls directly on the meat side for about three minutes. Then bake the rolls indirectly on the roll side at about 100 degrees. After turning the rolls over, brush the meat with the BBQ sauce and let it soak in for about a minute. Then sprinkle the meat with some cheese. The rolls are baked after about five minutes.
