Grilled hamburgers

Spread the love

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 2 cups sour cream (2 x 150 g)
  • 6 spring onions
  • 6 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 800 g minced beef
  • 8 rolls (hamburger buns)
  • lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s) (vegetable onion)
  • 4 tsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Slice the onion into nice rings and place in ice water. Slice the tomatoes and place in a bowl. Finely chop the spring onions. 50% of the green parts are also chopped. Mix the ground beef, spring onions, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper well. Form flat burgers from the ground beef mixture. It’s best to make balls first and then flatten them on a cutting board. The meat should be as thin as possible. Mix together the mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup. This will be the sauce. Place the onions, tomatoes, and sauce on the dining table. Grill the meat until nicely browned on both sides. Just before the end of cooking, add the buns to the grill. This will make them nice and crispy. Absolutely delicious. When everything is ready, guests can build their own burgers.
