Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 15 g black peppercorns, crushed
- 30 g herbs de Provence
- 60 g brown sugar
- 25 g sweet paprika powder
- 90 g sea salt, coarse
- 25 g garlic powder
- 10 g chili flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
per portion is enough for approx. 1 kg of meat
Combine all ingredients. Leftovers will keep for about six months if stored airtight and refrigerated. Each serving is enough for about 1 kg of meat.
