A recipe from good friends for good friends and delicious barbecue evenings

Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Heat the oil and fry the onions and garlic until translucent. Then add all the other ingredients, bring the sauce to a boil, and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. The sauce is also great for making ahead and freezing. We always eat it with grilled food or spare ribs. I’ve specified the sauce for 6 servings, but for sauce lovers, it’s more likely to serve 4-5.
