BBQ Sauce raspberry

- 150 ml Cola
- 30 ml Maple syrup
- 500 ml Tomato juice
- Mustard seeds brown
- Ground cumin
- Sweet paprika
- Smoked salt
- Lemon pepper
- 450 ml Pickled raspberries
- 1 tbsp Paprika pulp
- Reduce the cola and maple syrup. Sieve the raspberries and let the fruits boil down.
- Roast the spices in a coated pan without fat and add. Add the collected raspberry juice and reduce the whole thing until the sauce thickens.
- Brush the mixture through a hair sieve and bring to the boil again. Stir in paprika pulp to thicken.
- Fill into a prepared glass. Enjoy your meal.
