BBQ Sauce raspberry

The perfect bbq sauce raspberry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 ml Cola
  • 30 ml Maple syrup
  • 500 ml Tomato juice
  • Mustard seeds brown
  • Ground cumin
  • Sweet paprika
  • Smoked salt
  • Lemon pepper
  • 450 ml Pickled raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Paprika pulp
  1. Reduce the cola and maple syrup. Sieve the raspberries and let the fruits boil down.
  2. Roast the spices in a coated pan without fat and add. Add the collected raspberry juice and reduce the whole thing until the sauce thickens.
  3. Brush the mixture through a hair sieve and bring to the boil again. Stir in paprika pulp to thicken.
  4. Fill into a prepared glass. Enjoy your meal.
