Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1,000 g triplets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 50 g Gouda or Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Peel the potatoes, boil in salted water for 15 minutes, drain, and let them cool briefly. Preheat oven to 220°C (top/bottom heat). Mix the olive oil, spices, and a dash of Worcestershire sauce to make a marinade. Carefully marinate the potatoes in a bowl and place them on a baking sheet – don’t tip them over! Flatten the potatoes with a glass, for example, and generously brush with the remaining marinade. Bake on the top rack for 30 minutes. After these 30 minutes, sprinkle the potatoes with cheese and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
