Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 can scarlet runner beans or kidney beans
- ½ onion(s), finely chopped
- ½ garlic clove(s), finely chopped
- 2 tbsp walnuts, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp tarragon mustard
- 2 tbsp soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine) or sour cream
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mash the broad beans with a fork or potato masher (finely or coarsely as desired), then mix with the remaining ingredients.
