Bean and walnut spread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can scarlet runner beans or kidney beans
  • ½ onion(s), finely chopped
  • ½ garlic clove(s), finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp tarragon mustard
  • 2 tbsp soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine) or sour cream
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mash the broad beans with a fork or potato masher (finely or coarsely as desired), then mix with the remaining ingredients.
