Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g beans (yellow wax beans)
  • 2 onions, finely diced
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. Oil
  • n. B. vinegar
  • some Maggi
  • ½ tsp spice mix (tzatziki spice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

with yellow wax beans

Trim the beans, removing any seams and stalks. Then cook for about 15 minutes (not too soft). Meanwhile, prepare the dressing with the remaining ingredients. Season to taste with 3-6 drops of Maggi. Mix the cooked beans well with the salad dressing and let stand for about 1 hour. Taste and adjust the seasoning frequently during this time.
