Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 ml whipped cream, liquid
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 60 g butter
- 50 g ground almonds
- some sweetener, liquid
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
goes well with low-carb waffles or pancakes
Melt the butter and mix with the heavy cream, cocoa powder, and ground almonds. Add a few dashes of liquid sweetener, if desired (be careful not to add too much, or it will quickly become bitter). Place in a small bowl or glass in the refrigerator and let it set for about 1 hour. If you prefer the cream to be a little thicker, use a little less cream and more butter. I like to eat it in the morning on low-carb waffles or pancakes.
