Bean Soup with Minced Meat

The perfect bean soup with minced meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Butter or ghee
  • 1 piece Chopped onion-sized
  • 2 liter Water or vegetable broth
  • 1 piece Medium-Sized carrots, finely chopped
  • 8 piece Potatoes, chopped up floury
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 packet Green beans frozen
  1. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and shape into small balls. Sweat the chopped onions in the butter / ghee, add the vegetable stock and bring to the boil. Add the meatballs to the boiling stock and simmer for a few minutes. In the meantime, peel the carrots and potatoes and cut them into small cubes, add these to the broth and cook.
  2. Now add the green beans, cook everything and, if necessary, season again, maybe add a little more savory. I like to let the soup steep for 1-2 hours, then you should enjoy it 🙂
