Bean Soup with Minced Meat
The perfect bean soup with minced meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Ground beef
- 2 tbsp Butter or ghee
- 1 piece Chopped onion-sized
- 2 liter Water or vegetable broth
- 1 piece Medium-Sized carrots, finely chopped
- 8 piece Potatoes, chopped up floury
- Salt and pepper
- 1 packet Green beans frozen
- Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and shape into small balls. Sweat the chopped onions in the butter / ghee, add the vegetable stock and bring to the boil. Add the meatballs to the boiling stock and simmer for a few minutes. In the meantime, peel the carrots and potatoes and cut them into small cubes, add these to the broth and cook.
- Now add the green beans, cook everything and, if necessary, season again, maybe add a little more savory. I like to let the soup steep for 1-2 hours, then you should enjoy it 🙂
