Ingredients

  • 600 g Beef soup meat
  • 1 size Onion
  • 5 medium sized Floury potatoes
  • 300 g Beans green fresh
  • Savory Tk *
  • Vegetable broth * for seasoning

Instructions

  • Cut the meat into large pieces and place in salted boiling water, coarsely cut the onion and cook the meat.
  • In the meantime, peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into cubes. Wash and cut the beans, removing the two ends of each bean - for this I always take a few beans, put the ends at the same height and cut the ends off about 1 cm, this goes very quickly.
  • When the meat is almost done, add the potato pieces and everything is brought to the boil again. The potatoes take about 15 minutes, then add the chopped beans and savory and bring everything back to the boil. The whole thing should now cook for some time, about 20 minutes, so the potatoes will be nice and soft and I like them
  • If you take floury ones, the soup will be nice and creamy. Turn off the heat and let the whole soup steep. I like to cook a soup like this in the morning so that it is well done by lunchtime 😉
  • * I freeze savory for myself, if I get fresh herbs or have them myself then I like to use fresh herbs, but Tk is in no way inferior to fresh herbs in terms of quality.
