Ingredients
 

  • 1 bag Potato soup from Knorr or Maggi
  • 250 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Pc. Red peppers
  • 1 Pc. Fresh cucumber
  • 1 Pc. Fresh onion
  • 1 Pc. Grilled cheese

Instructions
 

  • Pour potato soup with water and simmer, fry the minced meat and add to the soup. Cut the onion, cucumber, bell pepper and grilled cheese into small cubes and add to them. Stir constantly and bring to the boil. This recipe was created because I still had the bag of potato soup from Austria and was hungry and ran out of fresh potatoes, the soup alone was too boring for me so I spiced it up. My husband, who is not a soup eater, ate 3 plates. Maybe it doesn't look that tasty, but it tastes really good.
