Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 125 g soy sprouts, fresh
- 2 slice(s) pineapple, fresh or from the can
- 1 piece(s) ginger, thumb-sized
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp sugar

very tasty with cold chicken
Wash the sprouts in a sieve under running water and drain well, then place them in a bowl. Finely slice the pineapple rings, finely chop the peeled ginger and onion, and add them to the bean sprouts. Blend the remaining ingredients into a sauce in a shaker and pour it over the sprouts, letting it steep briefly.
