Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 3 tbsp flour (or 3.5 tbsp)
  • Salt
  • nutmeg
  • 2 cl olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

vegan

Mix the milk and flour while still cold, otherwise it will lump, then heat. Add salt, nutmeg, and a dash of oil. Stir everything together and bring to a boil until creamy.
