Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 ml coconut milk, creamy
- 2 jars of vegetables (Asian vegetables)
- pinch(s) of salt
- 4 tsp curry
- 2 tsp chili flakes, if desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Pour the coconut milk into a pan and heat until creamy. Add the Asian vegetables. Season with salt and finally add the curry powder. If you like it spicy, you can add 2 teaspoons of chili flakes.
