Bee Sting with Gooseberries

- 4 piece Eggs
- 4 Tablespoon Water
- 200 gr Sugar
- 100 gr Flour
- 1 packet Vanilla flavored cooking pudding powder
- 1 tsp: Baking powder
- 400 gr Cream
- 2 Tablespoon Preserving sugar
- 1 packet Paradise cream caramel
- 1 glass Gooseberries
- 1 packet White cake topping
- 50 gr Flaked almonds
- Beat the eggs and water until foamy, beat the sugar for 5 minutes. Mix the flour, custard powder and baking powder. Fold in. Pour the dough into a 28 cm form, sprinkle with flaked almonds, 1 tablespoon. Sprinkle with sugar and bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes or a little longer.
- Cool the cake and cut it once. Drain the gooseberries on a sieve, collect the juice. Bring the required amount, some sugar and icing to the boil. Add the gooseberries to cool a little.
- Place the bottom on a cake plate, with a ring around it if necessary. Put the gooseberries on the bottom. Whip the cream with the preserving sugar and paradise cream powder. Place on the gooseberries and place the second layer on top of them to cool for 2 hours.
