Spinach Noodle Casserole

- 1 small Fresh onion
- 200 g Whipped cream 10% fat
- 300 ml Vegetable broth
- 500 g Frozen spinach leaves
- 125 g Buffalo mozzarella balls
- 50 g Finely grated mountain cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Nutmeg
- 150 g Macaroni short
- Finely dice the onions and bring to the boil with the cream and stock. Add the spinach and cover and defrost according to the instructions on the packet. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
