Beef and broccoli noodles

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 350 g beef
  • 250 g whole wheat spaghetti
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 300 g broccoli florets, frozen
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • pepper, black
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Thinly slice the beef and marinate it with flour, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Mix the soy sauce, flour, and oyster sauce with rice vinegar and garlic to make a sauce and set aside. Pre-cook the noodles. Cook the broccoli florets in salted water for 4-5 minutes, so they are not raw but still have a bite. Sauté the beef for 2-3 minutes over high heat, then add the onion until translucent. Then add the noodles and the sauce. Add the broccoli.
