Beef and Onion Goulash Braised in Pressure Cooker

Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Beef bow sheet
  • 800 g Fresh onions
  • 2 tbsp Clarified butter
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Ground caraway
  • 2 tbsp Paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 400 ml Broth
  • Telly cherry pepper
  • 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Dice the beef bowling sheet according to the desired size. Peel the onions and garlic. Cut the onions into wedges and finely grate the garlic.
  • Heat the butter lard and fry the meat in 2 portions hot, briefly and remove from the pan. Then fry the onions until they are brown. Add tomato paste and sizzle briefly. Then add the meat and mix well. Then deglaze with the broth of your choice. Add the bay leaves, caraway seeds, paprika and seasoned salt.
  • Put the lid on the pressure cooker and set to level 2. Cook for 20 minutes! Or according to the cooking instructions for the respective pot! Meanwhile, prepare side dishes. With us Spirelli and Salad!
  • Then season to taste with pepper, salt and vinegar! Then serve with e.g. Spirelli and salad!
