Bifteki
- 1 Shallot
- 6 stem Parsley, fresh
- 500 g Tartare
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
- Oregano to taste
- 3 tsp Sheep cheese, diced

- 200 g Kritharaki – noodles
- 1 Can Date tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Ajvar, mild
- 2 tbsp Oil for frying
- 250 ml Water

- Weigh out Kritharaki noodles and place in a saucepan. Add the canned tomatoes and the ajvar. Season with salt. Then pour in the water, stir and bring to a boil. Shift down and cook for about a quarter of an hour.
Bifteki
- Peel the shallot and pluck the leaves from the parsley. Put together in a lightning chopper, chop up. Then transfer to a bowl. Tartar, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, cayenne pepper and season with oregano. Mix everything with clean hands.
- Shape the tartar mass into small oblong rolls or, as I did, into larger ones. A matter of taste 🙂 Put the diced one in the middle and wrap it.

- Add weighed kritharaki noodles, tomatoes, ajvar and salt to the mixing bowl. Fill with the water and close with the lid. Set the mixing spoon to 15 min / 100 ° / counterclockwise rotation / level. Here the whole thing is cooked or boiled.
Bifteki
- Peel the shallot and pluck the parsley leaves. Put together in mixing bowl. Set to 5 sec / level 5, chop. Add the tartare, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, cayenne pepper and oregano to taste. Set to 2 min / counterclockwise / level 2. Here everything is mixed up.

- In the meantime, put the oil in a pan and heat it up. Sear the beef bifteki all over. Reduce the heat and let fry a few more. Then place the side dish on a flat plate. Beef – Bifteki on top. Decorate with a basil and enjoy immediately.
