Beef – Bifteki

Bifteki

  • 1 Shallot
  • 6 stem Parsley, fresh
  • 500 g Tartare
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
  • Oregano to taste
  • 3 tsp Sheep cheese, diced

  • 200 g Kritharaki – noodles
  • 1 Can Date tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Ajvar, mild
  • 2 tbsp Oil for frying
  • 250 ml Water

  1. Weigh out Kritharaki noodles and place in a saucepan. Add the canned tomatoes and the ajvar. Season with salt. Then pour in the water, stir and bring to a boil. Shift down and cook for about a quarter of an hour.

Bifteki

  1. Peel the shallot and pluck the leaves from the parsley. Put together in a lightning chopper, chop up. Then transfer to a bowl. Tartar, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, cayenne pepper and season with oregano. Mix everything with clean hands.
  2. Shape the tartar mass into small oblong rolls or, as I did, into larger ones. A matter of taste 🙂 Put the diced one in the middle and wrap it.

  1. Add weighed kritharaki noodles, tomatoes, ajvar and salt to the mixing bowl. Fill with the water and close with the lid. Set the mixing spoon to 15 min / 100 ° / counterclockwise rotation / level. Here the whole thing is cooked or boiled.
