Beef Broth with Filler
The perfect beef broth with filler recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Egg prick:
- 2 Eggs
- 50 ml Cooking cream
- 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
- 1 tsp Beef broth instant
- 1 Freeze bag
Beef broth with filler:
- 1 Meat broth with vegetables (see my recipe: *))
- Remaining boiled beef
- 2 Fine Silesian sausages à 150 g
- Egg prick
- Picked parsley
Egg prick:
- Whisk the eggs (2 pieces) with the cooking cream (50 ml), coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and instant beef broth (1 teaspoon), place in a freezer bag and hang in a hot water bath until the Is mixed together solidified. Carefully remove the egg stick from the freezer bag and dice everything.
Beef broth with filler
- Dice the remaining boiled beef and return to the stock. Add the egg custard cubes. Squeeze out the sausage meat from the Silesian sausages, form small balls with moistened hands and slide them into the soup. Serve the beef broth with the garnish hot, sprinkled with pulled parsley. Tip: The beef broth with insert is very suitable for freezing.
