Pomegranate and Arugula Salad

The perfect pomegranate and arugula salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 40 g Arugula
  • 10 Roasted macadamia nuts
  • 2 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Almond oil
  • 1 Bit Chili
  • 150 g Cut cheese
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Onion rings blue
  1. Core the pomegranate and collect the juice. Roughly chop the nuts. Slice the cheese and chop the chilli.
  2. Put the pomegranate seeds with the rocket, cheese and nuts in a bowl.
  3. Mix the pomegranate juice with the almond oil, chilli, honey and pepper and pour over the salad.
  4. I had a pecorino.
