Ingredients
- 4 piece Beef Roulade
- 4 piece Fresh peppers, color of your choice
- 4 piece Fresh onions
- 4 piece Tomatoes, large vine tomatoes
- 250 ml Whipped cream
- 8 tbsp Soy sauce dark
- 4 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tsp Spicy curry, Asian
Instructions
- Cut the roulades, onions and peppers into strips. Peel and dice tomatoes. Heat the sesame oil in a pan and fry the cut roulades in portions and then put them in a saucepan. Put all the remaining ingredients in the pot as well; Season with pepper, salt and curry and simmer for 30 minutes on a low flame. Stir occasionally, as soon as the meat is nice and tender, "taste" again and enjoy with rice.
