Potato Casserole with Beef

  • 750 g Beef
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 0,5 Tl Harisa spice
  • 2 El Olive oil
  • 100 g Cherry tomatoes red
  • 750 g Cooked potato
  • 0,5 bunch Chives fresh
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (fan oven 160 ° C). Cut the meat into strips and season with salt and pepper. Peel and quarter the onions.
  2. Mix the tomato paste, paprika powder, harissa and olive oil. Peel the cooked potatoes and cut into large pieces. Wash the tomatoes and cut in half.
  3. Put the meat strips, onion wedges, potato pieces and tomato halves in a baking dish and pour the spice mixture over them.
  4. Let cook in the oven for about 30 minutes, occasionally covering with the sauce. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into rolls. Serve the meat casserole sprinkled with chives.
