- 750 g Beef
- Salt and pepper
- 2 Onions
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- 0,5 Tl Harisa spice
- 2 El Olive oil
- 100 g Cherry tomatoes red
- 750 g Cooked potato
- 0,5 bunch Chives fresh
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (fan oven 160 ° C). Cut the meat into strips and season with salt and pepper. Peel and quarter the onions.
- Mix the tomato paste, paprika powder, harissa and olive oil. Peel the cooked potatoes and cut into large pieces. Wash the tomatoes and cut in half.
