Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g beef goulash
- ¼ liter yogurt
- 1 cup water
- 1 large ginger root, fresh
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 bulb(s) garlic, red
- 2 tbsp coriander, ground
- 2 tsp ground turmeric
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp oil (safflower oil)
- Salt, to taste

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 30 minutes

For the marinade: Peel the ginger and garlic and finely chop in a food processor. Add the yogurt and a cup of water with a pinch of salt. Add the meat and marinate overnight. The next day, fry the finely chopped onion until golden brown and sauté the coriander and turmeric powder with the tomato paste for 5 minutes. Then add the meat and the marinade and finish cooking.
