Beef Curry
The perfect beef curry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Beef fillet
- 1 medium sized Fresh shallot
- 5 cm Fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp Red curry paste
- 500 ml Unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 medium sized Red pepper
- 1 medium sized Yellow pepper
- 250 g Mushrooms brown
- 1 bunch Fresh coriander
- Salt and pepper
- Pat the meat dry and cut into 2cm pieces, peel the shallot and cut into small cubes, peel the ginger and cut into small pieces. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the meat on all sides for 1-2 minutes. Add the ginger and shallots and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper.
- In the meantime, quarter the peppers, clean, core, wash and cut into strips. Grate and quarter the mushrooms. Add everything to the meat and fry briefly. Stir in the curry paste and pour in coconut milk, simmer everything over medium heat for about 15 minutes pluck the stems. Arrange the beef curry on plates and serve garnished with coriander.
