Zucchini and minced meat pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g light minced beef
  • 400 g cauliflower
  • 1 m.-large zucchini
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp light cream
  • 1 tbsp Cremefine
  • 1 tsp oil
  • broth, instant
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Low-carb, low-calorie

Cook the cauliflower in vegetable broth. Finely chop the zucchini and onion. Heat the oil, sauté the onion, and add the minced meat. Once it’s browned, season with salt and pepper. Add the zucchini and cauliflower and fry briefly. Add the crème légère and crème fraîche. Season again and let it sit in the pan for 2-3 minutes.
