Beef Goulash with Chanterelles in Cream Sauce

- 1 kg Beef goulash
- 300 g Chanterelles
- 3 Pc. Onion
- 200 g Cream cheese low in fat
- 3 Pc. Bay leaves
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Chopped parsley
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- Fry the beef and onions vigorously in oil.
- Season with salt, pepper and paprika, deglaze.
- Add bay leaves and simmer for 1.5 hours.
- Add the chanterelles and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Remove the bay leaves, add the cream cheese and stir well, reduce the sauce for a few more minutes.
- Finally, refine with parsley.
