Beef Goulash with Chanterelles in Cream Sauce

The perfect beef goulash with chanterelles in cream sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Beef goulash
  • 300 g Chanterelles
  • 3 Pc. Onion
  • 200 g Cream cheese low in fat
  • 3 Pc. Bay leaves
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Chopped parsley
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika
  1. Fry the beef and onions vigorously in oil.
  2. Season with salt, pepper and paprika, deglaze.
  3. Add bay leaves and simmer for 1.5 hours.
  4. Add the chanterelles and cook for another 10 minutes.
  5. Remove the bay leaves, add the cream cheese and stir well, reduce the sauce for a few more minutes.
  6. Finally, refine with parsley.
