Beef Goulash with Chanterelles in Cream Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Beef goulash
  • 300 g Chanterelles
  • 3 Onion
  • 200 g Cream cheese low in fat
  • 3 Bay leaves
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Chopped parsley
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika

Instructions
 

  • Fry the beef and onions vigorously in oil.
  • Season with salt, pepper and paprika, deglaze.
  • Add bay leaves and simmer for 1.5 hours.
  • Add the chanterelles and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Remove the bay leaves, add the cream cheese and stir well, reduce the sauce for a few more minutes.
  • Finally, refine with parsley.
