This special specialty is made from the lean thighs of young cattle and is first treated with a delicate brine and cured. Molds are used in cooking to give the pieces an easy-to-cut, decorative shape.
Origin
Ham has always been produced in many countries around the world. Originally, the aim was to make the meat last as long as possible. Today, however, ham is above all a pleasure. Although the basic product and production are similar in principle, many delicious specialties have developed over the centuries. The differences result from the meat used and the preparation.
Season
Beef Juice Ham is available all year round.
Taste
Its pleasantly mild and spicy taste makes it so unique.
