spicy and piquant

Soak the bread rolls in water. Peel the onion and finely dice. Add the egg, onion, and seasonings to the minced meat mixture and mix thoroughly, either with a fork or with your hands. Squeeze the bread mixture thoroughly, add it to the minced meat mixture, and mix well again. Season to taste. Form the meatballs and coat them in breadcrumbs. Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan and fry the meatballs over medium heat for about 18 minutes until crispy. My “Simple Green Potato Salad” goes perfectly with this.
